AR Commerce ("we," "our," or "us") describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the Etsy Integration by ARC App (the "App") in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

1. Personal Information the App Collects

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

• Store Information: We collect your Shopify store domain, email address, and store settings.
• Products and Inventory: We access product details, variants, pricing, and inventory levels to sync them accurately with your Etsy shop.
• Orders: We access information about orders placed through your Shopify store or Etsy shop to ensure fulfillments, tracking, and statuses are synced.
• Customer Information: If necessary for order fulfillment and syncing, we access customer details associated with synced orders (such as name, shipping address, and email).

Additionally, we collect similar data from your connected Etsy account to enable the two-way synchronization features of the App.

2. How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers primarily to provide and operate the App. Specifically, we use this information to:

• Provide real-time synchronization for products, inventory, and orders across Etsy and Shopify.
• Prevent overselling and stock mismatches through automatic inventory updates.
• Ensure order fulfillments, tracking numbers, and order statuses are accurately recorded and updated on both platforms.
• Communicate with you for customer support, setup assistance, and App updates.

3. Sharing Your Personal Information

We do not share your Personal Information with third parties except as necessary to provide the App's functionality (i.e., transferring data between Shopify and Etsy APIs on your behalf). We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

4. Data Retention

When you install the App or sync orders through the App, we will maintain your Order Information and other relevant data for our records and to ensure the synchronization service remains historical and accurate unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

5. Your Rights

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
